SSC was designed and developed by Stefano Scarioli. Graduated in Statistical Sciences at the "La Sapienza" University of Rome, with a thesis in Operations Research, he has been working in the IT sector for about 30 years as a consultant.

SSC is an open source project under the GNU General Public License, Version 3.
